How much does a wedding film from Zwa Wågn cost?
Each wedding film is as unique as you are, so the price depends entirely on your personal wishes and vision.
My package prices start at €2,400.00.
How many hours do you cover weddings? Do you also offer hourly rates?
To keep things simple – no, I don’t offer hourly rates. I’m happy to accompany weddings for up to 8 hours, up to 12 hours, or even for a whole weekend. Spontaneous extensions are always possible. This way, there’s something for everyone, and you don’t have to worry about whether everything will fit into the video time-wise. As a couple, you’ll have much more beautiful thoughts on your wedding day. I’m all-in for your memories.
How far in advance should we book a videographer for our wedding?
It’s best to book 9-15 months in advance. Summer dates, in particular, are highly sought after and tend to book up quickly. Keep in mind that there are certain popular wedding dates every year, such as 10.05., 08.08., 06.09., etc., that get requested and booked especially early.
How long does it take for our wedding film to be ready?
Depending on the scope of the services you’ve chosen, the completion of your film takes a maximum of 6 months – often faster during the off-season. Each film is edited by me personally with great attention to detail. Good things take time.
How do I secure my date?
A date is considered secured once an agreement is signed and a deposit is made. These two steps are necessary to confirm the date and complete the booking. Due to high demand, I do not offer tentative reservations. I operate on a first come, first serve basis. Since most weddings are booked with me about a year in advance, it’s recommended to inquire as soon as possible.
Do you only create wedding videos?
I specialize in weddings. However, I’m always looking for new creative challenges. Do you have a special idea in mind? Would you like to do an engagement shoot? Do you want to create a personal video for your partner? Are you looking for a videographer to capture your bachelor/bachelorette party or the wedding dress fitting? Is there a special event where I can bring my videographic style? I’m always open to creative ideas and inquiries. I look forward to hearing yours!
Do you also do destination weddings?
Definitely! I’m a huge fan of destination weddings and will travel wherever you want to celebrate and seal your love. Depending on availability, I can create an all-in package where you don’t have to worry about anything else. I arrive the day before your wedding and leave the day after – as easy as that.

I stand for authenticity, naturalness, and capturing moments as they happen. I’m like a guest with a camera. I love rhythmic editing and incorporate emotional, profound, and even funny moments into my films – it’s all about the mix. I’m always on the lookout for exceptional perspectives, backgrounds, and often use experimental techniques. My skill set ranges from professional color grading to sound design – your film should give you that unique, down-to-earth yet out-of-this-world cinematic experience.
Do you edit all your films yourself?
Yes! With heart and soul. This is why Zwa Wågn exists – to provide you with the unparalleled experience of your wedding. With over 15 years of experience in film editing, sound engineering, and color grading, I am always striving to get the absolute best out of the footage I capture.
Do you choose the music in the videos yourself?
Yes! I use high-quality music for which I acquire licenses. As a musician and music producer, I’m very meticulous when it comes to selecting these tracks. With my years of experience, the necessary intuition, and a lot of heart, I choose the right soundtracks for your personal blockbuster. You might wonder if anyone has ever been disappointed with the music selection? In over 50 weddings filmed – nope 😀 – nailed it! On the contrary, I gift my couples new favorite songs.
