PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We process your data based on legal regulations (GDPR). In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the key aspects of data processing on our website.

Data Protection

If personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses) is requested on our website, the provision of such data is completely voluntary. The use and payment for all services offered is, as far as technically possible and reasonable, also possible without providing such data or by providing anonymized data or pseudonyms.

Collection of General Data

When visiting our website, information about access is stored on the server, but this does not concern personal data! The website collects general data and information such as the browser type, operating system, and the website from which you came to us. Furthermore, we store anonymous information about the pages visited, the time, date, and IP address of the visit and the visitor. This information is used solely to improve our online presence. No personal data is stored.

Contacting Us

If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions for the entire duration of our service. We do not share this data without your consent. After the service is completed, the data will be properly deleted.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via your browser. They do not cause harm.

We use cookies to make our services more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are being set and to allow them only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel on our website. To do this, we have implemented a code on our website. The Facebook Pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that allow Facebook to track your user actions if you came to our website via Facebook Ads. For example, if you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook Pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies allow Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with your Facebook account data. Facebook then deletes these data. The data collected is anonymous to us and cannot be viewed, and is only used for advertising purposes. If you are a Facebook user and logged in, visiting our website is automatically linked to your Facebook user account.

We want to show our services or products only to those people who are genuinely interested. With the help of Facebook Pixel, we can better tailor our advertising measures to your desires and interests. This way, Facebook users (if they have allowed personalized ads) will see relevant ads. Additionally, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertising campaigns.

Content of the Website | Copyright and Trademark Law

We strive to respect the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts created by us, or to refer to royalty-free materials. All trademarks and product names mentioned within the website, and possibly protected by third parties, are subject to the regulations of the respective trademark law and the rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention does not imply that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties. The copyright for published objects created by us remains with us, Zwa Wågn. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without our explicit consent.

Links and References

In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (“Links”) that are outside our area of responsibility, liability would only come into effect if we were aware of the content and it was technically possible and feasible to prevent the use of illegal content.

We therefore explicitly state that, at the time the link was set, the corresponding linked pages were free of illegal content. We have no influence on the current or future design and content of the linked/connected pages. Therefore, we hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content of all linked/connected pages that were modified after the link was set. This applies to all links and references set within our own website as well as for external entries in guestbooks, comment sections, and mailing lists set up by us.

For illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content and especially for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the linked page is solely liable, not the one who merely refers to the respective publication through links.

Our handling of Your Videos, Photos & Audio Recordings

As videographers, we naturally handle your data with the utmost discretion and care. After filming your wedding, all files are securely stored offline. We use several backup copies to prevent data loss. After the completion of our service, the deletion of files from our hard drives can be requested.

We reserve the right to destroy videos stored for the assignment one month after the completion of the assignment.

Your Rights

You are entitled to request information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, withdrawal, and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or if your data protection rights have been otherwise infringed, you can contact us at mail@zwawaagn.com or the data protection authority.
